Spa Bookings
- All spa treatments and experiences are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- Guests must be aged 18 or over to use the spa facilities and treatments unless otherwise agreed with Elysium St Mawes.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow time to check in and prepare. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment, with the full treatment price still payable.
- Treatment times are reserved especially for you. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel your booking.
Cancellations & Amendments
Health & Wellbeing
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy or other relevant health concerns when making your booking and again before your treatment.
- Certain treatments may not be suitable for guests with particular medical conditions or during pregnancy. Our therapists may recommend an alternative treatment or, where necessary, decline to provide a treatment for your safety.
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information. If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, please consult your doctor before booking.
Spa Etiquette
- Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum and following the instructions provided by our spa team.
- Mobile phones should be switched to silent while using the spa and treatment areas.
- Appropriate swimwear must be worn when using spa facilities, unless otherwise advised.
- Guests must not use the spa facilities while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
- Elysium St Mawes reserves the right to refuse access to or ask a guest to leave the spa where their behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive to other guests.
Payment
- Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed with Elysium St Mawes.
- Any additional treatments, products or charges incurred during your visit must be settled before departure.
- Spa treatments and packages are subject to the prices displayed at the time of booking. Elysium St Mawes reserves the right to amend prices where necessary.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are subject to the terms and expiry date stated on the voucher and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.
Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while using the spa. Elysium St Mawes cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items unless caused by our negligence.
General
- By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
- Elysium St Mawes reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to your booking will be those in effect at the time the booking is made.
