Memberships provide access to selected spa facilities, treatments, and member benefits as outlined at the time of purchase. All inclusions, pricing, and benefits may be updated periodically.

Members must be 18+ unless otherwise stated. Proof of identity may be required when accessing facilities or redeeming benefits.

Membership fees are payable in advance. Monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled. Annual memberships are non‑refundable once activated.

Members may cancel monthly memberships with written notice (minimum 30 days). No refunds are issued for unused time, missed appointments, or partial months.

Treatments included in memberships must be booked in advance. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time. No‑shows may be charged at full rate.

Members must follow all spa etiquette, safety guidelines, and staff instructions. Elysium Collection reserves the right to refuse access if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.

Members must disclose relevant medical conditions prior to treatments. Elysium Collection is not liable for injuries resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow guidance.

Memberships may be frozen for medical or travel reasons at management discretion. Proof may be required.

Elysium Collection may update membership terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Elysium Collection is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Members use facilities at their own risk.

Member information is stored securely and used only for operational and communication purposes in line with our privacy policy.

Use of membership benefits is strictly limited to the named member and cannot be transferred, shared, or redeemed by non‑members. Members are responsible for the behaviour and etiquette of any day guests they bring into the spa. All guests must follow spa guidelines, and any misconduct may result in suspension or removal of guest pass privileges.

Members are subject to blackout dates and restricted operating hours during which certain facilities, treatments, or benefits may be unavailable. These periods may occur due to seasonal demand, private events, maintenance, or operational requirements. Elysium Collection will endeavour to communicate any blackout dates or restricted hours to members as early as possible to minimise disruption.

Elysium Collection reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its discretion in cases of anti‑social behaviour, breach of spa etiquette, misuse of facilities, or failure to make required payments. Suspensions or terminations may be enacted immediately where behaviour poses a risk to staff, guests, or the spa environment. Any outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.
